Peninsula Wedding Dance loves to co-create wedding dances that will add a touch of magic to your big day! Dancing should be fun, so Dearne will work with you to design a wedding dance that will start your new life together as a married couple in the best possible way.
Some of our couples just want one or two dance lessons to make sure they feel relaxed and comfortable on the dance floor. While others want to create a performance that’s worthy of the biggest stage! That’s why we offer a free consult to make sure that we create the perfect wedding dance lessons just for you.
Our fabulous dance instructor will choreograph an original dance and share performance tips to help you put your best feet forward. Then we’ll video the dance moves for you to take home and make rehearsing super easy!
Combining your ideas and Dearne’s experience, your first dance will be one to treasure forever! One that includes a few ‘WOW’ moments for your photographer and videographer to capture on the big day!
Dearne is passionate about working with couples to develop a dance that’s unique to them. You won’t find any ‘off the shelf’ dances here! If you like we can design a dance that gets all the bridal party involved. Heck, we can even choreograph a mash-up to get everyone on the dance floor! Whatever type of wedding dance lessons you need, we can deliver!

DEARNE GERMAN
Dearne fell in love with dancing when she was 15 years old. Ask her anything about Ballroom, New Vogue and Latin dancing and you’ll see her eyes light up! Though her real passion is encouraging non-dancers to find their rhythm on the dance floor.
Dearne started Peninsula Wedding Dance years ago when her friends expressed an interest in private lessons as they really didn’t like the idea of “embarrassing themselves” at a dance school! As someone who refers to herself as “A left foot specialist”, you’ll find no judgement here people!
Dearne loves the creativity of designing dances to suit the couple she’s working with. She’s a gun at suggesting awesome music and loves nothing better than choreographing a mash-up to make even the least confident dancer look like a pro!
